Ordering and delivery
How long until my shirt arrives? 7 to 18 business days in total: 2 to 5 business days to print, then 5 to 13 business days in transit. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day go to print that day; later orders go the next business day. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where do you ship? US addresses only: all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. No APO/FPO, no international addresses.
What does shipping cost? $4.95 on orders under $60. Free on orders of $60 or more.
Can I cancel? Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us with the order number. After 12 hours the shirt is usually already being printed and cannot be stopped, but the 30-day return and exchange still apply.
Can I change the size or color after ordering? Within the same 12-hour window, yes. Email us and we fix it before print. After the shirt arrives, you can exchange it within 30 days.
The white panel
Why is there a white rectangle behind the art? The designs are drawn on a white background and the whole rectangle prints. On a White tee the panel disappears. On Ash, Natural and the light heathers it is faint. On every darker color it shows clearly. Every listing has a preview of every color, and the Our Best Friends golden retriever listing also shows White and Black side by side.
Is that a defect? No. It is how the design is made. If you want the art with no visible panel, order the White tee. If you ordered a dark color and do not like the panel after all, the 30-day return or exchange covers it.
Sizing and fabric
What shirt is it? Bella+Canvas 3001, a 4.2 oz unisex retail-fit tee. Solid colors are 100% Airlume combed ring-spun cotton, heathers are cotton and polyester blends. Blank sewn in Honduras according to our print partner’s listing.
Does it run true to size? Yes. If you are between sizes, go up. Flat measurements are on the size guide and inside every product page.
Why does the size list change when I pick a color? Our print partner stocks each color in a different size range. Black runs XS to 4XL, White and Athletic Heather S to 3XL, most colors S to 2XL, and a few colors come in one or two sizes. The picker only shows what can actually be printed.
How do I wash it? Cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach. Do not iron over the print.
Returns and exchanges
What is the return window? 30 days from the delivery date, for unworn, unwashed shirts, for any reason.
Who pays return shipping? We do. Every return, including a change of mind, gets a free prepaid label by email that you download and print. No restocking fee.
Can I exchange a shirt? Yes. Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange it for another size, color or design. Send it back on the free label and we print the replacement as soon as the carrier scans your return. If the new shirt is priced differently, we refund or charge only the difference.
How fast is the refund? Within 7 days of the return reaching us, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
