What to include
- Order questions: your order number and the email you used at checkout.
- Returns and exchanges: order number, the reason and, for an exchange, the size, color or design you want. We reply with a free prepaid return label. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
- Print problems: two photos, one of the whole shirt and one close-up of the issue. We reprint or refund, and you keep the shirt.
- Cancellations: email within 12 hours of ordering. After that the shirt is usually already in print.
