You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange a shirt, for any reason. It must be unworn and unwashed. Every return gets a free prepaid label, and there is no restocking fee.

How to return or exchange
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. For an exchange, tell us the size, color or design you want. For print problems, attach two photos.
- We reply within 1 business day with a free prepaid return label. Download it, print it and attach it to the package.
- Hand the package to the carrier named on the label. The label carries the return address, so please do not mail returns to our business mailing address.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size, color or design within 30 days of delivery. Send the shirt back on the free label and we print and ship the replacement as soon as the carrier scans your return, so you do not wait for it to arrive. The replacement follows the print and delivery times on the shipping page. If the new shirt is priced differently, we refund or charge only the difference.
Print problems
If the print is faded, smudged, off-center or the shirt arrives damaged, email two photos within 30 days. We reprint or refund, your choice. In most cases you keep the shirt and do not ship anything back.
The white panel is not a defect
The art prints on a white panel that shows on every color except White. It is part of the design and is shown in every listing. You can still return or exchange a shirt because of it under the rules above.
Cancellations
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After 12 hours the shirt is usually in print and the order continues; the 30-day return and exchange still apply once it arrives.
Not returnable
- Shirts that have been worn or washed.
- Shirts returned after the 30-day window.
